The Heirs Insurance Hackathon 2026 is a national innovation challenge created to push the boundaries of how insurance works in Nigeria. The program brings together smart, curious, and tech-driven undergraduates to design practical solutions that can modernize insurance services using artificial intelligence.
Insurance remains one of the least understood and least accessed financial services in Nigeria. This hackathon aims to change that by empowering young innovators to build tools that make insurance faster, simpler, and more accessible to everyday people. Participants will work alongside industry professionals, developers, designers, and mentors while tackling real problems faced by insurance providers and customers.
