The Ilorin Innovation Challenge and Hackathon 2025 is calling on innovators, entrepreneurs, developers, and problem-solvers to build creative solutions that can transform industries and improve lives.
This is more than a challenge, it’s a launchpad for Startups with innovative ideas or solution to develop, refine, and scale to the next level and also stand a chance to win up to ₦7 million in funding .
Program Tracks
Participants can apply to one of the following innovation tracks:
- Innovation Challenge: Incubation for Start-ups
- Hackathon: Pre-incubation for innovators
Key Benefits
Selected startups can win millions of naira in funding including other benefits such as mentorship, training and networking:
- Startups in the Incubation track will get N5M in funding
- While in the Pre-incubation track, startups will receive up to in funding
Eligibility Criteria
To participate, applicants must:
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be individuals, teams, or registered startups with innovative ideas or solutions.
- Have a project that aligns with one of the program tracks.
- Be willing to develop and present a functional prototype or MVP during the hackathon.

Application Details
- Deadline: 18th August, 2025
- Applications will be reviewed, and shortlisted participants will be invited to take part in the hackathon sessions and pitch their solutions before a panel of judges.
