The ALAT Tech Team is pleased to welcome you as a participant in the 13-week Hybrid Tech Bootcamp, which will help you acquire cutting-edge skills across the tech ecosystem

The Bootcamp will provide opportunities for hands-on learning in UI/UX, Data Science, Product Management, Product Development, Business Analytics, Full-stack Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and many more areas.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Wema Bank Tech Bankers in Training program, you must:

• Minimum of a Second Class Upper (or equivalent) in STEM-related disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields) from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English) in WAEC, NECO, or its equivalent
• Not older than 26 years at the time of application
• Completed NYSC with a valid discharge certificate
• Strong interest in technology, digital banking, and innovation

Preferred Technical Skills

• Programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C# (.NET), Node.js, Kotlin (Android) etc.)
• Data analytics and visualization
• Cybersecurity and ethical hacking
• Cloud computing and DevOps
• UI/UX design and digital product development
• Product Management and Innovation
• AI and ML
