In preparation for the presidential launch of YouWIN 3, YouWIN secretariat is conducting a survey to determine how many jobs have been created by YouWIN 1 awardees since winning the youwin award as they round up with the first edition. This is only available to youwin 1 awardees.
Below is the mail I received from YouWIN:

The YouWiN! Secretariat is trying to get a comprehensive view of the good work that you are doing with job creation and the growth and expansion of your business.
As previously stated we expect full cooperation from all awardees to present holistically, a true picture of the number of jobs that you have created since you won the grant for the Federal Government and other program stakeholders.
To provide the job creation information for your business, click on the link below and complete the form before 4:00pm on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Kindly note that you will need to quote your correct ID (stated above) to enable the secretariat track your responses.

It is mandatory for all awardees including those who have finished receiving their tranches to complete and submit.
