Good news for all YouWIN 3 potential applicants that the deadline for submission has been extended to 14th February, 2014. This will be the 4th time the deadline will be extended. Although it has not been effected on YouWIN website, but I can assure you that on or before 30th January, it will be updated. This info is from the Minister of Finance and YouWIN office.
