iHatch Innovation Hub Managers Upskilling Program (Cohort 4)

The iHatch Hub Managers Upskilling Programme equips ambitious hub leaders with the tools, knowledge, and networks to drive regional innovation.

Are you a hub manager ready to amplify your impact? iHatch for Hubs is a groundbreaking initiative designed to upskill hub managers across Nigeria, providing them with the tools and resources to build thriving ecosystems.

For the first time, iHatch will directly support 37 hubs—one in each state and the FCT—to act as regional centres for innovation. This programme will empower hubs to:

  • Build robust incubation systems to support startups locally.
  • Develop strong regional ecosystems through partnerships and engagement.
  • Enhance their operational and mentorship capacity.
  • Access international exchange programmes to learn global best practices

Programme Benefits

  • Tailored training in hub management and startup support
  • Evidence-based frameworks for ecosystem building
  • Access to a national network of innovation leaders
  • Ongoing mentorship and resource support

What’s Next: Startup Support Programme

Following the hub upskilling phase, iHatch will launch its Startup Support Programme, providing intensive mentorship and resources to 185 early-stage startups across all 36 states and the FCT. With the foundation laid by hubs, startups will benefit from enhanced support and a more vibrant ecosystem to launch their innovations.
