LSETF Soft Skills Academy 2025

The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), in collaboration with the German Development Agency (GIZ), has launched the Soft Skills Academy, an e-learning platform aimed at enhancing the employability of Lagos State residents.

Program Highlights:

• Comprehensive Soft Skills Training: The platform offers courses on essential workplace competencies, including Effective Communication, Work Ethics, CV & Cover Letter Writing, and Career Management.
• Self-Paced Learning: Participants can progress through the modules at their own convenience, accommodating various schedules.
• Certification: Upon completing each module, learners receive a certificate of completion, with an additional certification awarded after finishing the entire course.
