If you’re a woman aged between 23 and 45, with a strong proposal and a female-led team, this could be your big break. The deadline to apply is July 31, 2025, but if you apply early, your application will be processed faster.

Eligibility Criteria

The full name is Developing Engineering Leaders Through Her (Delt-Her). It’s a national program created to help young Nigerian women become leaders in engineering by supporting their innovative ideas.

Anita Borg Institute (USA)

Girl Up! by the United Nations Foundation

Applied Science Technologists of British Columbia

But this program is made for Nigeria, and it’s helping more women move from ideas to impact in engineering
