- The total grant pool is ₦200,000, split between two winners: ₦100,000 for the first winner and ₦100,000 for the second.
- Winner announcement takes place physically at the SHE Blooms Summit.

- Nigerian women entrepreneurs with a business that is less than two years old, or those with a solid business idea that is ready to launch.
