YOUWIN! 3 Final RESULT IS OUT!!! Awardee List

Am very happy to inform all my readers that YouWiN! 3 winners result is out. After careful screening, a total of 1500 applicants were selected across the six geo-political zones.

Well looking at the YouWIN3 analysis of new awardees by geo-political zones:
216 awardees from North-Central representing 14.4%
210 awardees from North-Eastern representing 14.0%
226 awardees from North-Western representing 15.1%
289 awardees from South-Eastern representing 19.3%
327 awardees from South-Southern representing 21.8%
230 awardees from South-Western representing 15.4%

From he analysis so far, there is increase in the number of awardees in South Southern and reduction in South Western. More analysis and comparison would be done later.

Following a rigorous evaluation process, your business plan has been selected as a provisional winner in the 3rd Edition of the YouWiN! Business Plan Competition.

As a provisional award winner, you will receive a grant following the verification of your eligibility. The award amount will be determined based on the assessed needs of your business plan.
As part of the verification you will:

1) Undergo a validation exercise:
The YouWiN Secretariat will contact you in October with details of your validation exercise.

2) Sign a Legal Agreement:
You will be required to sign a Legal Agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance that specifies your award amount and the terms and conditions of disbursement.

As part of the requirements for you to access the grant, you must show prove of sole ownership or hold majority share in your business (At least 51%) and be a sole signatory to the YouWiN! account.

In addition to the above, please monitor your registered email account and visit the YouWiN! website frequently for more information regarding the programme.

The YouWiN! Secretariat will contact you through your registered email with further instructions.

Thank you for participating in the Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria (YouWiN!) Business Plan Competition. Following a rigorous evaluation exercise, Your Business Plan was NOT selected to receive a grant in the 3rd Edition of the YouWiN! Business Plan Competition.

Although your entry did not succeed in this competition, we encourage you to continue your entrepreneurial pursuits. Please check the programme website periodically for any future calls for entries in the YouWiN! programme.
