BeChangeMaker 2023 Global Acceleration Programme for Social Entrepreneurs

Applications have been declared open for BeChangeMaker 2023 – the global social entrepreneurship acceleration programme which is a partnership between WorldSkills and the HP Foundation.

It is an online training programme that inspires action on global challenges through social entrepreneurship and the power of skills

It is for those within age bracket 18 to 35 years old with a business idea and has the potential to ensure positive impact and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. BeChangeMaker is a series of skill training projects made available yearly to 30 teams of skilled and talented young people, to help you explore your career potential as social entrepreneur.

Participants will have access to high-quality learning content on HP LIFE, tools and technology for startup acceleration, dedicated coaching, mentoring, and customized support, as well as the opportunity to tap into a diverse global network of potential supporters and investors.

How The Program Works?

Step 1 – Form a team

Form a team of 2 to 5 people who share the same vision, are between 18 and 35 years old and choose a team leader.

Step 2 – Share your challenge

Introduce your team and share your social challenge in a 1-min video. Upload the video to YouTube as unlisted –this is to be included in your online application.

Step 3 – Submit your application

The team leader needs to submit the application on behalf of the team by 3 June. Please make sure that each of the team member has read and agreed to the Official Rules and created an account on HP LIFE to access the free courses before submitting the application.

Step 4 – Team will be selected

30 teams will be selected to officially join the programme – announcement to be made on 13 June. BeChangeMaker 2023 will kick off with an orientation on 12 June.
